VENTELITE - OUR SHIPPING POLICY
At Ventelite we always aim to complete the processing of your order and dispatch it within 24 hours of receiving the order. Depending on Domestic “Within Australia” or International orders, the order tracking numbers will be provided within dispatch confirmation email sent once we dispatch the orders.
All orders are sent and handled through Sendle as a part of our domestic shipping process to provide you a seamless experience that is transparent and advanced for your convenience at AUD$8 flatrate within Australia.
*Sendle offers a fully trackable shipping service throughout its platform. Tracking details will be sent in the dispatch confirmation emails once we have processed your order. Sendle advises that it does handling and shipping on business days only, thus if an order has been placed over a weekend (Saturday and Sunday) the order will have to be processed on the following Monday.

We put our trust in DHL E-commerce to handle our international shipping with a set flatrate of AUD$15. DHL uses a fully tracked door to door service for your convenience. Tracking details will also be sent in dispatch confirmation emails.
Please also note that DHL is a business day service and functions within working days thus any orders placed over a weekend will not be dispatched until the following Monday.
